What is the ruling on donating organs after death and donating blood for money?

It is permissible to donate blood to those in need, but it is not permissible to take financial compensation for it, as this constitutes a sale. A Muslim is not allowed to sell his blood or any part of his organs, unless the compensation is a gift that the donor did not stipulate and did not aspire to.
