What is the ruling on placing a picture of a clothed but immodestly dressed woman in the designated place for burning papers on which the name of Allah is written?

It is not permissible to keep indecent pictures in the house, nor to place them with papers containing the names of Allah or the Qur'an. Rather, anything that contains the remembrance of Allah must be protected from anything that dishonors or demeans it, for Allah the Almighty says: "That [is so]. And whoever honors the symbols [i.e., rites] of Allah - indeed, it is from the piety of hearts." (Al-Hajj: 32). Honoring the symbols of Allah originates from the piety of hearts.
