Is a mother's refusal to take blood pressure medication justified, based on her belief that it is from Satan and comes from disbelievers?

The basic principle is that medical treatment is permissible, but it is not allowed if it is harmful or contains something impure. This is based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) prohibition of seeking treatment with unlawful things or with harmful remedies, and his statement about alcohol: "It is not a medicine, but rather a disease." However, some scholars have permitted treatment with impurities other than alcohol out of necessity.

There is no objection to seeking treatment with medicine manufactured by disbelievers or Muslims, as long as it is not harmful or does not contain something impure. A woman's refusal of medicine on the pretext that Satan consumes it, or because it is from disbelievers, is unacceptable. Treatment is advised in compliance with the Prophet's (peace be upon him) command, especially if refraining from it affects her health and acts of worship.
