Is it legislated for the one praying behind the Imam to say the takbir with every lowering and raising of the Imam, and to repeat "Sami' Allahu liman hamidah" (Allah hears the one who praises Him)?

The congregant should pronounce the Takbir (Allahu Akbar) when the Imam prostrates or rises from prostration. And when the Imam says, "Sami'allahu liman hamidah (Allah hears the one who praises Him)," it is prescribed for the congregant to say, "Rabbana wa lakal-hamd (O our Lord, and to You be all praise)" only, according to the majority of scholars.
