Is it considered an transgression in supplication if I say: "O Allah, deal with the oppressors, and those behind them, and those who aided them, and those who supported them, and those who were pleased with their actions, and those who justified them, and those who believed them, and those who rejoiced at their victory"? And will those who justified them or believed them not be punished on the pretext of ignorance, despite the ease of access to the truth?

It is permissible to supplicate against oppressors and those who assist them. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, supplicated against oppressors with established texts. Supplicating against an oppressor is permissible to the extent of their oppression, not with aggression. Similarly, it is permissible to supplicate against those who support oppressors or approve of their actions, even if they believe they are following scholars, because aiding oppression is forbidden. If someone issues a fatwa without knowledge and is followed, the sin is on the one who issued it. The one who issues a fatwa without knowledge bears the burden of the consequences of their fatwa, should it contradict the Sharia. Speaking about Allah without knowledge has been linked to grave sins, transgression, and polytheism. As for those who conceal the truth or lie about it, Allah will remove the blessing from their knowledge, their religion, and their worldly life.
