Is the original Aramaic Gospel extant in our time, and where can it be found?

Researchers have differed on the language spoken by Jesus, peace be upon him. Some have held that he spoke only Hebrew, while others believe that Aramaic was predominantly spoken, with his familiarity extending to Hebrew, Latin, and Greek. The Gospels attest to the presence of Aramaic and Hebrew words on his tongue and his addressing of Greeks. Muslims must believe in the Gospel revealed by God to Jesus, peace be upon him, but we have no evidence of its writing and compilation during the time of Jesus, peace be upon him. Rather, it appears to have been an oral revelation or transmitted sayings. As for the four Gospels existing today, they are not the true Gospel; rather, they are biographical accounts and narratives written by the disciples after the ascension of Christ, and they contain much of what God revealed to him.
