Is it permissible to place school bags containing books with the name of Allah or Quranic verses on the the ground, and how should the Qur’an be placed with the rest of the books in the bag?

There is no harm in placing school bags containing Quranic verses and remembrance of Allah on clean ground, as long as there is no disrespect intended, such as throwing them underfoot. Placing the Mus'haf on pure ground does not constitute an insult to it. Nevertheless, the Mus'haf should be placed on top of the books inside the bag, because the Quran is elevated and nothing is elevated above it.
