Is it obligatory to advise female colleagues not to hang bags containing the Mushaf or books with Quranic verses or noble hadiths on tables to avoid students bumping into them, and is the piling up of bags on top of each other in the schoolyard considered a humiliation of sacred texts, and what is the extent of its seriousness and what absolves one of responsibility?

Respecting the Mus'haf (the Quranic text) is obligatory by scholarly consensus, as is respecting books of knowledge. The passing of girls near the Mus'haf is not considered a desecration as long as they do not sit on it or step over it. It is, however, better for them to be advised to place the Mus'haf in a high place.

Placing the Mus'haf on a clean floor is permissible if there is no desecration involved, but placing it on an elevated spot, such as a chair or a shelf, is more appropriate out of reverence for it.

One must be careful not to place the Mus'haf in places of filth or to desecrate it in any way.
