هل يجب الوفاء بالنذر إذا لم يتحقق الشرط المنصوص عليه فيه بشكل كامل؟

Making a vow (nadhr) is disliked (makrooh), and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade it because "it brings no good, but rather extracts [something] from the miser." This prohibition is understood to imply dislike, as Allah has praised those who fulfill their vows. Whoever vows an act of obedience to Allah must fulfill it. Whoever vows an act of disobedience is not obliged to fulfill it. And whoever vows an act of obedience that has a basis in Islamic law, such as fasting, prayer, or charity, must fulfill it if the hope upon which the vow was contingent is realized.
