Is it permissible for a grandfather to marry the divorced wife of his granddaughter's son through fosterage?

"Breastfeeding establishes a relationship similar to bloodlines. Therefore, the wife of a daughter's son through breastfeeding is forbidden to the grandfather through breastfeeding, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: 'What is forbidden by lineage is also forbidden by breastfeeding.' Some scholars have reported a consensus on this matter."
