How is the inheritance of a man who died leaving behind: (one son, a father, two full brothers, a mother, two daughters, and one wife) divided, knowing that the father died after the death of his son (the deceased) and before the distribution of the inheritance?

If the deceased leaves no heirs except those mentioned, then the mother receives one-sixth, and the father receives one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant heir. The wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant heir. The remainder goes to his son and two daughters by ta’sib (residuarily), with the male receiving the share of two females. Nothing goes to his two full brothers, as they do not inherit in the presence of the father or the son. The estate is divided into ninety-six shares.
