What is the ruling on working as an accountant in the tax authority, where usurious loans are registered and loans secured by mortgages are granted, given the presence of mixing between genders, and out of fear of disobeying the Creator?

It is not permissible for a Muslim woman to work in usurious banks, because it involves witnessing usury and writing it down, which incurs the curse of Allah, and because it involves mixing with men and displaying adornment. A Muslim woman should not expose herself to temptations, and there are many ways to earn a living. Fear of a job after performing the Istikhara prayer is a warning against pursuing it. Whoever fears Allah, He will provide for him from where he does not expect, and whoever gives up something for Allah, He will compensate him with something better. Whoever pleases Allah by displeasing people, Allah will suffice him; and whoever displeases Allah by pleasing people, Allah will entrust him to people.
