What is the legality of singling out the night prayer (Qiyam al-Layl) for Surat al-Baqarah, and how is the Witr prayer performed, and is the Qunut rak'ah counted as part of the number of Witr rak'ahs?

The pinnacle of the Qur'an is Surat Al-Baqarah. Whoever recites it in his house at night, Satan will not enter his house for three nights, and whoever recites it during the day, Satan will not enter his house for three days. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed with Al-Baqarah, An-Nisa, and Al 'Imran during the night prayer (Qiyam al-Layl) and did not limit himself to Surat Al-Baqarah.

As for Witr, its time begins after the 'Isha prayer and continues until the true dawn appears. It can be three, five, or seven rak'ahs. Its method is to pray two rak'ahs and make the salutation, then two rak'ahs and make the salutation, and conclude with one rak'ah, or to pray three continuous rak'ahs with one salutation.
