Is it permissible to refer to a baby girl affectionately as "Granddaughter of Ayyūsh," in reference to Lady Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her?

It is impermissible to call a young girl "Aweesh" if the intention is to refer to Lady A'isha (may Allah be pleased with her), because she holds the status of a mother in terms of respect and reverence. Describing her with such a term contradicts the appropriate veneration due to her. However, if the girl's name is A'isha, there is no harm in calling her by this diminutive for the purpose of endearment and affection.
