What is the ruling on naming a baby girl "Alaa," based on Allah's saying: "Then which of the favors of your Lord will you deny?"

The word (آلاء) with an extended hamza means blessings, and it has appeared in the Holy Qur’an with this meaning. It is a beautiful name, and there is no objection to naming a newborn girl with it, because the basic principle regarding names is permissibility, unless they include a sharia-forbidden element or an ugly meaning.
