What is the ruling on naming a newborn girl "Amira" or "Amaya"?

Parents must give their children good names that do not violate Islamic law and are not unconventional, and the name should be suitable for all stages of life. The name "Amirah" is permissible because it does not violate Islamic law. As for the name "Amaya," it is not Arabic, and Arabs should not use it due to its unconventional nature. However, it is permissible for non-Arabs if its meaning is sound and does not violate Islamic law.
