What is the ruling on describing leaders of political parties with descriptions that God used for His prophets in the Holy Quran, such as "truthful in promise"?

There is no harm in describing a person as "true to his word" if that is genuinely the case. Such descriptions are not exclusive to prophets; rather, the Shari'ah encourages being characterized by them.
