What is the ruling on placing incense in the women's prayer area by those responsible for the mosque?

If perfuming the women's prayer area leads to them becoming fragrant and exiting while perfumed, then it is forbidden, because it is an aid to sin and exposes believing women to warning and ill-suspicion. However, if the incense is minimal and removes foul odors without perfuming the women when they leave, then there is no harm in it.
