Is the saying "Our Lord is with everyone" correct?

Their speech is not required to conform to the rules of classical Arabic; rather, it should be understood in light of their customs and common vernacular. By "Rabbuna bil-kull" (Our Lord is with/by/for everyone/everything), people mean that Allah is greater than all and suffices them over all, which is a good meaning. It can be grammatically corrected by interpreting the preposition 'bi' (بِ) as signifying a substitute, meaning: "Rabbuna badala al-kull" (Our Lord instead of all) or "Rabbuna ‘awada al-kull" (Our Lord as a substitute for all), i.e., relying on Him instead of relying on anyone else.
