What is the role of compensatory contracts in solving social problems?

Exchange contracts play a significant role in solving the problems of Muslim society, due to the connection, cohesion, and material and moral benefits they create. Islam has given them great importance and set regulations for them to achieve a strong, cohesive society. This is not exclusive to them, as all Islamic legislations, even devotional rituals, have a role in solving societal problems if applied, because the Islamic religion came to solve people's problems and make them happy, in fulfillment of the Almighty's saying: "Then whoever follows My guidance will not go astray, nor will he suffer," and "Whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer - We will surely grant him a good life."
