It is not permissible to promote products by displaying pictures of unveiled women, as this method imitates the West. As for displaying pictures of women's hair alone, some scholars have permitted it, although it is more prudent to avoid it. If the work necessitates displaying forbidden images, then it is forbidden, and one must seek permissible work, with the certainty that whoever fears Allah, He will make a way out for him and provide for him from where he does not expect.
