However, it is forbidden to look at the chest or leg. This is conditional on the gaze not being driven by lust or causing temptation. As for girls appearing before their mahram relatives in tight or transparent clothing that defines the 'awrah (parts of the body that must be covered), this is not permissible. However, if the clothes are covering and reveal their hair and extremities, there is no harm, while preferring to accustom them to modest clothing always.
