What is the ruling regarding a woman who was divorced an informal divorce (without a contract), whose husband died, and she did not observe the waiting period (iddah) on the pretext of the divorce, but she inherited from him?

If the husband dies while the divorced woman is still in her waiting period (iddah): if the divorce was revocable (raj'i), she inherits and transitions to the waiting period of death (iddah al-wafah), observing it for four months and ten days. However, if the divorce was irrevocable (ba'in), she does not inherit and does not observe the waiting period of death, unless the husband divorced her during his death illness with the intention of depriving her, in which case she inherits from him even if her waiting period has ended, as long as she has not remarried. But if the husband dies after the expiration of the waiting period, the divorced woman does not inherit from him.
