Is it permissible to work for an electronic bank that helps freelancers and small businesses obtain bank accounts, knowing that it does not offer loans itself, but rather partners with other lending companies if customers desire loans?

If the bank assists those who wish to borrow from usurious companies, then working in it is forbidden because it is an aid to what is unlawful. Allah has prohibited cooperation in sin and transgression, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who feeds it, its scribe, and its two witnesses, for they are all equal in sin.
