Should a suitor who follows and is followed by women in his academic work in Turkey be rejected, or should he be given a chance with a request to unfollow the women if they get married?

There is no objection to a man adding some female employees on social media platforms if the work requires it, provided that communication is limited to work matters only, and that he unfollows their accounts to prevent the heart from becoming attached. One should not reject a suitor merely for this reason. Rather, he should be asked about it, and requested to explain why he added them, and whether he is willing to unfriend them or not. Then, the Istikhara prayer should be performed.
