Punishments are expiations and purifications for sins. If a person is not subjected to the punishment and repents with sincere repentance, Allah will forgive his sin. If the guardians refuse to marry off someone who possesses these qualities, women have the right to refer the matter to the Shariah judge or Islamic centers.
