Should I pay all of my gold zakat as donations to Palestine?

If gold reaches the nisab (definition) (taxable amount) and a full year has passed, zakat (definition) becomes obligatory on it by consensus if it is not in the form of jewelry. If it is jewelry, it is more cautious to pay zakat on it. The first people to whom zakat should be given are our brethren in Palestine. It is obligatory upon Muslims to support them with every possible means: with their lives, or with their wealth, or by spreading their cause, or by supplicating for their victory and empowerment and for the defeat of their enemies, while seeking times when prayers are answered.
