What is the ruling on refusing to marry off one's sister to a man who is accustomed to anally penetrating women, and is it permissible to convince the family of this by lying?

It is forbidden to have anal intercourse with one's wife, and the perpetrator of this act is cursed. Disclosing a sin openly is forbidden. Anyone who does not repent from this act is not suitable to be a husband for your sister, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If someone whose religion and character you approve proposes to you, then marry him." You should try to convince your parents indirectly that the suitor is unsuitable, without lying. If they are not convinced, then it is permissible to tell your father explicitly. It is not permissible to run away with your sister and marry her off, as her father is her guardian. Similarly, it is not permissible to sit with the man's ex-wife and ask her about the reason for her divorce, or to discuss marital secrets, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, among the worst people in rank before Allah on the Day of Resurrection is a man who has intercourse with his wife, and she with him, and then he divulges her secret." You must repent from this.
