Is it Islamically permissible for a father to sell a house to his male children?

It is permissible for a father to sell his property to his children or to one of them if the sale is genuine and not fictitious, aiming to favor some children over others. This is because justice among children in giving gifts is obligatory. Al-Bukhari and Muslim narrated on the authority of Al-Nu'man ibn Bashir, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, ordered his father to take back his gift to his son because he had not given all his children the like, and he said: "Fear Allah and be just among your children," and "Indeed, I do not bear witness to injustice."
