Is it permissible for a father to sell his house to a relative, and then for the relative to gift the house to one of the father's children without compensation?

A father must be just among his children in gift-giving, and stratagems to favor one of them are not permissible, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Fear Allah and be just among your children." It is permissible for a father to sell his house to a relative at a genuine market price, and then, if the relative wishes, he may gift it to one of the sons. However, if there is favoritism (in the sale price), it is considered a gift to the son, and it becomes obligatory to give all his siblings a similar amount to prevent circumvention.
