Tramadol is classified as a dangerous drug that is only sold with a medical prescription, and it is not permissible to use it to treat premature ejaculation, because there is no urgent necessity for its use for this purpose. There are permissible and natural alternatives. Likewise, it is not permissible to sell it for that purpose. Rather, its use is limited to necessity, for pain relief or for treating more dangerous drug addictions, provided that its use does not result in harm.
