What is the ruling on selling "Barsam" (sexual stimulants) in pharmacies?

It is permissible to take sexual stimulants if there is a شرعي (religiously valid) need for them, such as old age or illness. It may even be recommended if it leads to procreation, provided that the guidelines of specialized doctors are observed, including consulting a physician, not relying entirely on them, and not overindulging in their consumption. As for using them to increase pleasure without a need, it may lead to severe harm, and anything that leads to predominant or pure harm is forbidden. Their sale is permissible unless it is highly probable that the buyer will use them for something forbidden.
