These treatments have side effects, especially oral medications which may cause headaches, digestive problems, and muscle pain. Their interaction with arterial obstruction medications like "Nitrate" may lead to a severe drop in blood pressure and death.

As for the ruling on taking sexual stimulants: 1. For a need (due to old age or illness): It is permissible, and may even be recommended by Islamic law, seeking treatment and progeny, while observing medical guidelines: consulting a trusted doctor, not relying entirely on them, and not overindulging. 2. To increase pleasure (without need): This may lead to severe long-term harm, as a limited period of activity is followed by exhaustion and fatigue. Whatever leads to pure or predominant harm is prohibited by Islamic law.
