Is knowing the commission percentage (12%) of the price of a halal marketed product sufficient, or must a calculation be performed to determine the amount of profit from each product?

As long as the price of each product being advertised is individually known, and the inquirer chooses the item he wishes to advertise, then stipulating a percentage of this known price makes the "Ju'l" (stipulated payment) also known.
