What is your advice regarding someone who suffers from inconsistency in prayer while giving charity and helping people, and whose wife has stopped praying after marriage despite her maintaining it before?

Prayer is one of the greatest religious obligations and the second pillar of Islam. According to some scholars, one who abandons it is an infidel, outside the fold of Islam. The questioner must repent to Allah and teach his wife, advising and guiding her to prayer by being a good example to her, for Allah Almighty says: "And enjoin prayer upon your family [and people] and be steadfast therein. We ask you not for provision; We provide for you, and the [best] outcome is for [those of] righteousness," and His saying, glory be to Him: "O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones, over which are [appointed] angels, harsh and severe."
