Divorce that occurs during a period of purity in which the husband has had intercourse with his wife, and the triple divorce, are matters on which scholars have differed regarding their validity. Anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce unless it leads the person to lose consciousness and awareness. Since this issue falls under the category of disputes, it must be presented to the Sharia courts.
