Is it permissible for worshipers to perform Friday prayer in a building near the mosque that has become too small for the worshipers, or is it better to hold two Friday prayers in the same town?

According to some scholars, it is permissible to pray Jumu'ah (Friday prayer) in the aforementioned building outside the mosque if the mosque becomes too crowded, provided that the Takbeer (call to prayer) can be heard, or the Imam or someone following him can be seen. There is a difference of opinion among jurists regarding this. Some believe that the following is not valid if the building is restricted and requires permission to enter, while others permit it out of necessity. If the mosque becomes crowded and its expansion is not possible, it is preferable to establish another Jumu'ah prayer instead of praying in the aforementioned building, as contemporary scholars agree on the permissibility of multiple Jumu'ah prayers when there is a need.
