However, if the town is large and it is difficult for people to gather in one place, then multiple Jumu'ah prayers are permissible. As for holding the Jumu'ah prayer twice in the same location due to space constraints, this is permissible if there is a need, as there is no difference between having multiple locations and having multiple congregations in the same place when there is a need.
