What is the ruling on multiplying Friday prayers in one village when the large mosques are not full, and where is it permissible to pray, and is preaching allowed in these mosques?

The default rule is to prohibit multiple Friday congregational prayers (Jumu'ah), unless there is a need, such as a small mosque, a large town with distant ends, or fear of fitna (discord/strife). If multiple prayers occur without need, the valid Friday prayer is the one led by the Imam who directly performed it or authorized it. If both prayers received the Imam's authorization equally, then the second one is invalid. Some scholars hold the view that the valid prayer is the one that was established first.
