The answer

Friday prayer was legislated to unify the word of Muslims and achieve harmony. Hence, the consensus among scholars almost agrees that it is impermissible to establish another Friday prayer in a town if there is already a mosque where it is being performed, except in cases of necessity. If you are in a foreign country, you are more in need of gathering with your Muslim brothers and communicating with them, so that it may be a source of strength for you and an increase in your faith. It is preferable to pray in the large mosque where the general Muslim community gathers. If you are unable to reach the mosque, it is permissible for you to establish the Friday prayer in another location, provided its conditions are met, including the presence of a sufficient number of permanent residents, who are those who have taken this place for residence and do not depart from it except for a need, and then return to it.
