Is it permissible for my aunt and my mother to receive my grandfather's and grandmother's pensions in the manner mentioned?

It is impermissible to resort to fraud or deception to obtain a pension without fulfilling the conditions for its entitlement, in accordance with the general texts that command truthfulness and the fulfillment of trusts, and forbid lying and deception. Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and "Do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence]," and "Avoid the word of falsehood." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever cheats is not one of us," and "Muslims are bound by their conditions." As for the mother relinquishing her job to obtain the pension, there is no harm in that if it is a condition for its entitlement.
