Is it permissible to borrow from money obtained through the sale of alcohol and forbidden things?

Scholars have divided the handling of one who possesses unlawful wealth into two categories:

First: If the wealth is purely unlawful and has not mixed with lawful wealth, then it is obligatory to avoid it, and dealing with its owner is forbidden in any form whatsoever, because it is an affirmation of the act and an assistance in sin.

Second: If the unlawful wealth is mixed with lawful wealth, some scholars permit dealing with him if the lawful predominates over the unlawful, and forbid it if the unlawful predominates. Others have inclined towards the reprehensibility of dealing with him due to doubt, based on the hadith: "Whoever guards against doubtful matters has indeed acquitted himself for his religion and his honor." The opinion of reprehensibility is closer to justice.
