Does selling "Dream Park" subsidized tickets, which the father of a colleague obtains by virtue of his job, at a higher price to "switchboards" that then sell them to people at a slightly lower price than the amusement park itself, make this money unlawful?

If amusement park tickets are permissible, meaning the amusement park does not involve unlawful mixing, immoral singing, or alcohol consumption, then there is no harm in benefiting from them and visiting such permissible amusement parks. However, if the employee is not authorized to sell these discounted tickets, it is not permissible for him to take them and give them to his child or anyone else to trade with, because the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful except with his willing consent," and he also said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
