Why is designing a tourist restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages considered unlawful, even though the design does not include a bar and does not interfere with the drink itself, and the project owner is not Muslim? Can this prohibition be applied to other matters, such as selling women's clothing stores?

Everything that can be used for both lawful (halal) and unlawful (haram) purposes is permissible to make and sell, unless it is known or highly probable that the buyer will use it for an unlawful purpose. In such a case, it is not permissible to sell it to them. This includes anything that aids in disobedience (to Allah), such as selling grapes to someone who will use them to make wine, renting shops for selling alcoholic beverages, selling weapons to those who stir up discord, and selling cosmetic tools to women who will use them for ostentatious display (tabarruj). This is based on the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." You were right to leave the job that involves serving alcoholic beverages, as Allah the Almighty says: "And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect."
