Is it permissible for a Muslim engineer to design a project that includes a bar for serving alcoholic beverages?

It is forbidden to draw a place that serves alcohol, for it involves aiding in sin, based on the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." However, if the rest of the project is not connected to the establishment, and it is a commercial market, then there is no harm in drawing it. But if it is connected to it, then drawing the entire project is forbidden.
