How can a person afflicted with urinary and seminal incontinence perform obligatory prayers, including Friday and funeral prayers, taking into account that his seminal discharge is sometimes caused by forbidden practices, and must he repeat past prayers?

Strive in fasting and supplication, accompany the righteous, fill free time with beneficial tasks such as memorizing the Quran, and avoid being alone with oneself. Regarding drops of urine and madhy (pre-seminal fluid): If their discharge is continuous (sals) and does not stop for a sufficient time for purification and prayer, then one must perform wudu for each prayer after its time has begun, along with purifying the area from impurity. There is no need to repeat past prayers if they were performed correctly. One must perform the prayer at its appointed time, taking precautions and performing wudu after the time has begun. If the sals is not continuous, then you should wait for the discharge to stop, then purify yourself and pray.

As for Jumu'ah (Friday) prayer and funeral prayer: A person afflicted with sals can perform wudu a short time before zawwal (midday) and pray Jumu'ah. They can pray over a deceased person with the same wudu as the obligatory prayer, as long as the time does not expire. One must be keen to pray in the mosque in congregation and avoid waswasah (obsessive whispering/doubt).
