Is it true that a Hadith states that whoever prays forty prescribed prayers in the Prophet's Mosque will not be counted among the hypocrites?

The Hadith narrated by Imam Ahmad and Al-Tabarani from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), which states that whoever prays forty prayers in the Prophet's Mosque without missing any will be granted immunity from Hellfire, salvation from punishment, and be free from hypocrisy, is weak in its chain of narration.

However, a Hadith with a similar meaning, without the restriction of the Prophet's Mosque, was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi from Anas, elevated to the Prophet (peace be upon him): "Whoever prays to Allah for forty days in congregation, catching the first takbir, two immunities will be written for him: immunity from Hellfire and immunity from hypocrisy." Al-Albani graded this Hadith as good (hasan).
