Is the following Hadith authentic: "Whoever prays forty prayers in my mosque, no prayer will be missed by him, and he will be granted immunity from Hellfire, immunity from torment, and immunity from hypocrisy"?

A Hadith is narrated in Imam Ahmad's Musnad and Al-Tabarani's Mu'jam, on the authority of Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), مرفوع (marfu‘ - directly attributed to the Prophet), with the wording: "Whoever prays forty prayers in my mosque, missing no prayer, will have written for him immunity from the Fire, salvation from punishment, and freedom from hypocrisy." Some scholars have deemed this Hadith hasan (good), but Sheikh Al-Albani declared it da'if (weak). Assuming its weakness, it is permissible to act upon it regarding the virtues of deeds, as long as it is not known to be fabricated.
