Your marriage to the Moroccan man is invalid because it was conducted without the guardian's permission. In this case, either the husband must divorce you, or a judge must annul the marriage. Your second marriage is not valid unless a separation occurs between you and the first husband, and your waiting period (iddah (definition)) ends, after which the second man can perform a new marriage contract with you that fulfills all conditions. Matters of marriage are not to be trifled with due to their connection to lineage and inheritance. Seek Allah's forgiveness and repent to Him with sincere repentance.
