Does naming candy "Qudrat Qadir" (Power of the Omnipotent) involve a legal impediment, given that everything happens by the decree and power of God?

There is no objection to naming a creature "Qadir" (Able/Capable); because a creature is described as having ability and capacity, and Allah Almighty is the Creator of everything, and the actions of His servants are decreed by Him, Glorified be He.
